PETS 911 (www.PETS911.com), a leading pet portal, links major animal welfare organizations, shelters, pet service providers and individuals to provide a localized, comprehensive resource -- at no cost – that is comprised of an online shelter adoption network; lost and found services; listings of veterinary facilities, emergency clinics and spay and neuter resources; and other pet-related information.

The AMBER Alert Portal (www.AMBERAlert.com) allows law enforcement to directly activate and update AMBER Alerts. An alerting solution provided at no cost to state governments, the AMBER Alert Portal then disseminates the alerts to other local, state and federal government agencies, broadcasters and the public via cell phones, pagers, fax, email, other wireless devices and PCs.

AMBERAlert.com, in conjunction with its partners, serves as the central resource for individuals and organizations who wish to immediately access important AMBER Alert information designed to save children's lives.

Rassas’ strategic vision and execution led to industry recognition of the company as “Best of Web” in 2003 by Money Magazine. In 2005, he sold the company to Interactive Commerce Corporation (IACI), delivering a substantial return on shareholder equity.

Rassas’ tenure at ImproveNet, Inc. was preceded by his leadership role as CEO and President at eTechLogix, Inc. (www.etechlogic.com), which developed Enterprise Commerce Management software for manufacturers and distributors of building materials.
