FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

AMBERALERT.COM TEAMS WITH LEADER OF CHILD IDENTITY THEFT PREVENTION

Effort to increase concerned citizen involvement and expand the AmberAlert Portal network reach, results in partnership to offer free identity theft protection for children

SCOTTSDALE, AZ - November 20, 2006 - AmberAlert.com, the Amber Alert Portal known for its successful recovery of dozens of abducted children, is joining forces with LifeLock, the nation's leader in identity theft prevention, to further efforts in preventing the exploitation of children and increase the number of American's on the Amber Alert Network. As a result of this partnership, any adult joining the wireless notification network operated by AmberAlert.com can enroll with LifeLock for a 10% annual discount and their children (15 and under) will be enrolled at no additional cost.

With child abduction and identity theft numbers on the rise AmberAlert.com and LifeLock are hoping this partnership will help raise awareness and provide a means for private citizens to take action in the fight to protect our country's most important asset - our children. To further their commitment to the recovery of abducted children, LifeLock will be contributing a portion of their proceeds to support operation of the highly regarded alerting system.

"AmberAlert.com has undertaken a bold mission of one hundred percent recovery of Amber Alert subjects within a three hour time frame. We're vigilant in searching for additional technologies and partnerships that will help support this effort and ultimately help ensure the safety and security of our families," said Jeffrey Rassas, president of AmberAlert.com parent company, Global Alerts LLC. "When LifeLock proposed a one million dollar guarantee towards the safety of child identities, we knew right then that they were as serious in their mission as we are in ours."

Using the Amber Alert portal, law enforcement may directly issue and update Amber Alerts, which are then automatically communicated by cell phones, pagers, fax and email to anyone who has registered at AmberAlert.com. To date, over 135,000 concerned citizens across the United States have registered to receive localized updates. On January 13, 2007 the United States will celebrate Amber Alert Awareness day, recognizing the power of the Amber Alert system in helping to thwart child abductions.

The exploitation of children comes in many forms but flying under the radar is the theft and misuse of child identities. One of the fastest growing segments of the Identity Theft issue, more than 500,000 children were victimized last year and all indications are the 2006 total will be much higher.

"We have seen significant increase in the number of children taken advantage of through the means of strangers, family or friends," said Todd Davis, LifeLock CEO and Certified ID Theft Risk Management Specialist. "Protecting children has been a high priority for our company since we began and that is why we created the nation's only ID Theft program designed to protect the personal information for children under 16 years old. We are honored to be working with the backbone of the Amber Alert system in attempts to greatly increase the number of people on this very important network."

Anyone wanting to join the AmberAlert network or take advantage of the special offer is encouraged to register at www.AmberAlert.com or call 1-877-LIFELOCK.
